A friend can accept your caring without obligation

A friend will drink a beer with you

A friend will listen to your sillyness

A friend may cook you a strange and wonderful meal

A friend may rant and yet you find it pleasant

A friend is fun for late late chats

A friend can fall asleep while you are talking,
when both have stayed up too late

A friend will tell you the clothes are too young for you

A friend does these things for you and many many more.

I am very lucky to have a friend.
